About the event
Enjoy a 4-course dinner, perfectly paired with specialty brews at this years Mid-Summer Craft Brew Dinner. This dinner will feature a wide array of beers from local craft brewery 93 Octane selected specifically to complement the fantastic menu put together by the Executive Chef of the Copper Fox. Dinner guests will have the opportunity to learn about the brewing process from the Brewmaster of the 93 Octane brewery. In addition, guests will discover how the food and beverage pairings were selected from the Executive Chef of the Copper Fox. The evening will be a beautiful exchange of libations and
culinary experiences.
